Stir Fry Curly Kale

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches kale – washed, dried, and shredded
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Method

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until soft.
  2. Add kale and stir fry with spatula in quick strokes until wilted. Serve hot or warm.
