STIR FRY KAI LAN IN OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 300 – 350 grams of Baby Kai-Lan, trimmed and rinsed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce

Method

  1. Heat wok with oil over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for about 10 seconds till fragrant, but not browned.
  2. Add baby kailan and sugar, stir fry with spatula in quick strokes.
  3. When kailan starts to soften, sprinkle salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry to combine well. Dish up and serve.
